7 Keys to a Greater Life - This uniquely designed program can be taught as a workshop or as a class. It covers 7 aspects of our spiritual life that are required to live the most fulfilling life possible. An self-inventory over each aspect reveals what is next to be healed and suggested practices or exercises follow to "turn the key" to greater life. Amazing changes have occured in those who have participated in this program!

Spiritual Mastery - Been using visualization and affirmation techniques for years? Feeling better about your ability to manifest? Now extend your spiritual awareness to your relationships and the world through using the power of your heart to change minds and heal hearts - your own and others. This workshop will change your life! - 2 - 2 ½ hours

Transformational Bible Study - This workshop offers Bible study that not only applies selected Scripture to one's life, but also teaches the student how to interpret any Scripture metaphysically. Students will not need a Bible or other textbook for the workshop. Selected passages or personalities from the Bible will be presented with their metaphysical meanings. Students will be led through a process to help them discern their own unique interpretation of the Scripture. Insights shared with the class often yield surprising depth and beauty that go beyond what any published book on the Scripture might reveal! Not only will students receive insights that they may apply to their own lives, but will gain confidence in their ability to interpret material on their own. - 2 - 2 ½ hours

Balancing Your Life - Life is so full of demands and responsibilities that we never seem to have enough time to play or enjoy our lives! Rest and renewal are crucial to creativity and productivity. Learn how you can regain command of your time and provide yourself space for creativity and renewal. - 2 hours

Bringing Your Soul To Work - This workshop is designed as a full day workshop or can be broken into two 2½ hour sessions. Part 1 supports the student in reclaiming the whole person in the workplace by designing ways to center and remind oneself of priorities and values while getting the job done. The participant will learn how invaluable and important his/her individuality is to the workplace. Part 2 describes methods and insights that help the participant to see relationships at work in a new light. The participant will learn how to work with the most difficult coworker or boss using these tools.

Intimacy in Relationships -- Learn how to apply spiritual principles to the closest relationships and learn how to trust, speak honestly and share at deeper levels than ever before. (Not intended as therapy for troubled relationships). - 2 - 2 ½ hours

Meditation Skills -- Meditators at all levels can come together to share their experience as well as learn new methods to apply to their own practice. Beginners or those who have trouble establishing a regular practice will be given tips to make getting started a little easier. Various techniques will be samples in the workshop.

Dream Interpretation and Journaling -- Dreams use the language of the soul to impart wisdom, give warning, guide and teach as well as solve our problems - if we know how to read them! Learn journaling strategies to get your dreams down on paper and discover techniques for learning your own dream language. Cultivate the riches of your dreams tonight!
